AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Wichita Falls Trailer Rental “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.WichitaFallsTrailerRental.com website or landing page as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Wichita Falls Trailer Rental (“we”, or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information are also subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Definitions and key terms
To help explain things as clearly as possible in these Terms & Conditions, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

Deposits: A deposit may be required to reserve a trailer. Deposits will be returned if the trailer is returned without damage.
Damage: You are responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period.
Availability: Trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. The Site does not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site is located.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Site and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Site.
Messaging Program Description:
Our campaigns send SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Opt-In:

You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree that the foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us. Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that modify the foregoing commands, and you agree that we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor requests that do not comply with the requirements in these Mobile Messaging Terms. We may also change the telephone number or short code we use to operate the Program and we will notify you of any such change. You acknowledge that any requests sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed may not be received by us and we will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability:
The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
Modifications:
We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website.
You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
Limitation of Liability:
The Site shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Termination:
The Site reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of the Site at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you.
